At Inaka Power, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in brand-new condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
